This industry group uses hydrophobic agents and lubricant additives to improve the durability of building materials exposed to weather conditions. Evergreen Chemical offers products that are initially water-soluble, known as reactive metal soaps. Their advantage is improved dispersion within building materials compared to standard metal soaps, followed by in-situ formation of insoluble hydrophobic compounds.

Evergreen metal soap , We produced are used as mineral and pasty plasters for facades, as well as facade paintings or artificial stones for pavements. Our metal soaps are especially used in lime-cement based products for an initial and durable hydrophobicity. This product are suitable for building materials made of gypsum, lime, cement, polymers or wood. Our products are used with hydrophobic agents in concrete, cement and screed, mixing often takes place in liquid form. Its also liquid almost indispensable as it has less influence on the capillary system and viscosity.
